Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click "Add to Cart" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept Discover, Mastercard, Visa and American Express. We do not charge for any stock item until it is ready to ship. Custom items will be billed at time of order. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, traditional mail or online.

Delivery Schedule
Please allow 5 business days for standard delivery of in-stock items and 2-6 weeks for items which require special ordering. We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible, however many of our items are custom sewn to suit your measurements or we may not carry the full line of sizes, styles or range of colors in the showroom.

If you need your order quickly, please phone us to confirm your item/items are in stock. Our merchandise is reordered regularly from the manufacturers.

Custom items will be billed at time of order, this includes all accessories such as holsters, badge cases, mace holders, handcuff keys, etc.

Returns Policy
Any altered garments cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes trousers which have been hemmed. All items must have original tags intact and no evidence of use or wear. We will examine all returns to determine eligibilty, customer is responsible for all shipping expenses unless your item was sent damaged or in error. We also do not at this time accept shoes or boots for any returns or exchanges. Please contact Customer Service for more information concerning a potential return.

Shipping And Handling
Duty Gear ships UPS Ground at 4:30 pm Monday-Friday. We also offer UPS Second Day and Next Day shipping for in-stock items within the continental U.S. Please call previous to ordering for these shipping methods to insure availability.

At this time we do not ship internationally or overseas.

Tax Charges
For orders made Alabama 8% tax is added. All other areas are tax free and will not be configured into your total.

Credit Card Security
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128-bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
