Authorized for purchase under the State Homeland Security Grant Program as PPE. Seams are sealed with Gore-Seam tape. Has zip-out B.WARM™ quilted fleece liner, durable ripstop Taslan nylon shell with breathable printed backcoating, Crosstech® waterproof, breathable hood stores in collar.
